How does your pricing work?
We're an hourly service company, billed to the nearest half hour. Send us your TO-DO list, we'll tell you how long it should take, then we get it done. If we quote 5 hours and finish in 2, you only pay for 2. Fast, but no cutting corners — no tricks.
How fast can you come out?
Often same-week, sometimes same-day for urgent issues. Plumbing emergencies always get prioritized. Call us — we'll tell you straight up when we can fit you in.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured. BBB Accredited with an A+ rating since 2022. We're also HomeAdvisor Top Rated, Home Depot Pro Contractor approved, and a member of the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce.
Do you bring your own tools and materials?
Tools — always. Materials depend on the job: for small parts and standard fixtures, we bring everything. For specialty items (specific paint colors, custom hardware, appliances), you provide them or we'll pick them up with your approval.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Payment is due when the job is complete. For larger projects, we take a small deposit upfront and the balance on completion.
What if something breaks after you finish?
We stand behind our work. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we did the job, we come back and fix it — no charge. That's not a marketing promise, it's just how we do business.
Is there anything you don't do?
We don't do major HVAC repair, full roof replacement, or work that requires permits we're not licensed for. If you ask us about something outside our scope, we'll tell you honestly — and recommend a trusted local pro who can handle it.
