about where we work.

Do you charge extra for travel?
For our four primary cities — Bastrop, Smithville, Austin, Georgetown — there's no travel charge. For surrounding areas (Elgin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, etc.), pricing is the same. For locations more than 60 miles from Bastrop, we may add a small fuel fee — but we always tell you up front before booking.
I'm not in your listed cities — will you still come?
Probably yes. Just call us with your address and the job. If we can't make it work logistically, we'll be straight with you and recommend a trusted handyman in your area instead. We'd rather you get the job done than have you wait for us.
How fast can you get to me?
For non-emergency scheduled work — usually 3–7 days out from your call. For active leaks, electrical issues, or other urgent problems — often same-day or next-day. We always answer the phone and triage based on what you're describing.
Do you serve commercial properties?
We focus on residential homes — that's where we shine. For small commercial properties (offices under 5,000 sq ft, small retail, Airbnb properties), yes, we can help with handyman tasks. For larger commercial maintenance contracts, we typically refer to dedicated commercial handyman services.
Can you work on rental or vacation properties?
Yes — we work with several out-of-state landlords and Airbnb hosts who own properties in our service area. We can coordinate access via lockbox or smart lock, send photos of completed work, and invoice digitally. See our review from Chris M. on this exact use case.
Do I need to be home during the work?
For initial estimates and walkthroughs, yes — we like to discuss the work in person if possible. For the actual job, no, you don't have to be home. Many of our customers leave us with a key, garage code, or smart lock access. We treat every home like our own.
